Shipping Policy


Our goal at SWeet AND Bossy is to provide you with the best customer service and shipping experience possible.  We want you to receive your item(s) in a timely manner and enjoy wearing them.  Below are our shipping and return policies.


Your order will be sent out for fulfillment immediately after your order is placed, your item is being custom made for you, so please be certain of the correct size(s) when placing your order.  Please use the Tee shirt size guide for exact measurements of the Tee. 


Please note the shipping and handling timeframe given at checkout is the timeframe after an item has been fulfilled at the fulfillment center. The total fulfillment/shipping time is 7-14 days but usually items are received sooner. 


International shipping:

We offer international shipping across the world.  International shipments may incur customs fees.  For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.  We do not take responsibility for custom fees.


Order never arrived:

If you never received your order through the mail, please be sure to let us know!    First check your shipping confirmation and ensure that you had entered the correct shipping address.  If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your expense.

If the shipping address was correct, please get in touch with us at noting your order number.  We will follow up on the undelivered item.  



Returns Policy


Damaged items:

The last thing we want at SWeet AND Bossy is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your item(s) arrives to you in damaged condition, then please get in touch with us within 7 days after you receive your order at


Wrong size:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your item(s).  If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit ONLY.  No refunds will be granted on merchandise.  Please notify us at to initiate an exchange.  Shipping cost will not be refunded.  Shipping cost to return your item(s) and to have a new item shipped will be at the expense of the customer.  The items must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.  If an exchange is granted, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the new item(s).
